@@deanstirrat8766 I live in a state that has zero income tax and average property taxes. I wouldn’t live in the shithole Newsome and Pelosi have created. Been to any major city in CA lately. Can’t walk to work without stepping over feces and the homeless. Pathetic!
@@deanstirrat8766 So I've traveled extensively all over the US, while there are many nice places none of them can compare to California, unfortunately there's a lot of highlights about the bad places and there are many; but the really good and natural beauty is only a short distance away. Plus, California weather is damn near perfect. Also, because it's a ranch it might be covered under the Williamson Act of 1965 so the taxes wouldn't be that high.
People have such a poor opinion of California but it’s not like you see on TV!! Just SF and LA lol
